Agreement
By using PhotoPilot, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
PhotoPilot lets you import photos, request AI edits, make local adjustments, save exported images, and optionally sign in for credits, purchases, and account features. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as we improve the product.
Your content
You keep ownership of photos, prompts, and other content you submit. You give PhotoPilot permission to process that content only as needed to provide the app, including generating edits, storing project versions, providing support, securing the service, and complying with law.
Your responsibilities
- Only upload photos and content you have the right to use.
- Do not use PhotoPilot to create, request, or distribute unlawful, abusive, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or exploitative content.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, app attestation, credit limits, payment systems, or account controls.
- Do not interfere with the service or use automated abuse, scraping, or reverse engineering beyond what law permits.
AI outputs
AI-generated edits may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for a particular use. Review outputs before relying on them. You are responsible for how you use and share edited images.
Credits, ads, and purchases
PhotoPilot may offer free credits, rewarded ads, credit packs, and subscriptions. Purchases are handled by the applicable app store. Store terms, billing rules, refund rules, and subscription cancellation processes are controlled by the store where you purchased. Deleting your PhotoPilot account does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining access to your sign-in method and for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these terms are violated, the service is abused, or continued access creates legal or security risk.
Account deletion
You can delete your account in the app or follow the instructions on the delete account page. Deletion removes your PhotoPilot account and associated cloud projects, subject to legal, billing, fraud-prevention, backup, and operational retention needs.
Intellectual property
PhotoPilot, including the app, interface, branding, design, software, and website, belongs to Ramo Labs or its licensors. These terms do not grant you ownership of PhotoPilot.
Disclaimers
PhotoPilot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that edits will meet every expectation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ramo Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of PhotoPilot.
Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice.
